The Solo AI Playbook is sold by Adamantit LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This policy describes how refunds are handled.
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Email hello@soloai.guide from the email address you used at checkout, and we will process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
We do not require a reason. The 14-day window applies to both single Playbook purchases and Operator Bundle purchases.
Email hello@soloai.guide and include your order number (found in your receipt email) or the email address used at purchase. We confirm refund requests within 1 business day and process the refund within 3 business days. The funds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reasonable requests are accommodated; arbitrary requests outside the policy window may be declined.
If you have any concern about your purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks incur additional fees and processing time. We will work in good faith to resolve any issue directly.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the standard EU right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU applies for digital content with the modifications outlined in our Terms of Service. The 14-day refund window above meets or exceeds the statutory minimum for digital content purchases.
