Email hello@soloai.guide from the email address you used at checkout. Include the order number from your receipt if possible. We don't require a reason. Refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
This is a digital product. If you don't find it useful, asking you to justify a refund is bad-faith friction. We'd rather have a clean record and your goodwill than a forced sale.
If you purchased the Operator Bundle, the refund includes the full bundle price. You may keep all bonus materials.
After 14 days from purchase, refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Email us — we are reasonable.
Please email before filing a chargeback. We will refund any reasonable request. Chargebacks cost us more than the original sale and we'd rather just refund you directly.
