We collect the minimum needed to deliver your purchase, send updates, and (optionally) measure ads. This policy explains what, why, and how to remove your data.

What we collect

Order data: name, email, billing address, payment method (processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers).
Email: if you opt in to updates, your email and engagement data (opens, clicks).
Analytics: anonymized page visit data via privacy-friendly analytics (no personal profiling).
Ad measurement (optional): if you arrived via a Meta or Google ad, an anonymized conversion ping may be sent to those platforms to measure the campaign. No identity is shared.

How we use it

To deliver your product and process refunds.
To send you the product, receipt, and future updates.
To measure which ads are working so we don't waste budget.
To improve the product based on what people actually read and ask about.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing.
Email provider (ConvertKit / Resend / similar) — for product delivery and updates.
Analytics provider — privacy-friendly aggregate analytics.
Ad platforms (Meta, Google) — anonymized conversion measurement only, when you arrived via an ad.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (tax/legal requirements). Email subscription: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: aggregated indefinitely; individual-level data deleted within 12 months.

Your rights (GDPR / similar laws)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@soloai.guide and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use minimal essential cookies (for checkout) and optionally an analytics cookie (which you can decline). No tracking cookies for advertising profiles.
